Mind Body Parenting was founded in 2013 by Kim in hopes of having parents-to-be and current parents join together in support of one another. Parenthood and pregnancy are life-changing events with endless positive experiences and challenges. Mindful parenting allows you to develop awareness of your thoughts, actions and reactions and in turn it could help you connect to your infant, child or adolescent on a profound level. The core purpose of self-awareness in parenting is to leave the past behind you and live life fully in the existing moment.

Kim is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Life Coach (CLC), Positive Parenting Instructor (CBPI), Certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, (MBSR) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
